  • Return Policy: What is the return policy for our products?
    We offer a 30-day, no-reason return policy. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • Delivery Time and Tracking: How long does delivery take, and how can I track my order?
    We ship from our overseas warehouse, and you will receive a logistics tracking number via email within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery time is within one week. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the corresponding logistics website.
  • Compatibility with Induction Stove: Can I use cookware on an induction stove?
    Yes, our cookware is compatible with both induction and gas stoves, making it suitable for all types of cooktops.
  • Cooking Variety of Foods: Can I cook all types of foods with the cookware?
    Our non-stick coating is highly stable, resistant to acids and bases, and does not react chemically with other substances, making it suitable for cooking a wide range of foods, except for very hard or abrasive items like crabs and shells.
  • Non-Stick Coating Durability: Does the non-stick coating wear off, and how can I prevent it?
    Under normal usage, Our non-stick coating does not wear off. Avoid using sharp or abrasive utensils and extreme high heat to ensure its longevity.
  • Weight and Handling: Are the pots and pans heavy or easy to handle?
    Our White Granite, Classic Granite, and Brown Granite collection pots and pans have similar weights, which vary by product.
  • Safety of Coating: Is the non-stick coating safe for food?
    Our non-stick coating is 100% free of PFOAs, PFAs, Lead, and Cadmium, making it safe for human use.
  • Smoke when Using Cookware: Does the cookware produce a lot of smoke when used?
    The amount of smoke produced is not related to the cookware itself but depends on the type of oil used and the cooking temperature. We recommend using our cookware at temperatures below 250 degrees Celsius and using a small amount of oil to avoid excessive smoking.
  • Recommended Utensils: What utensils are recommended for use with the cookware?
    We recommend using rubber or silicone utensils with our non-stick cookware to prevent scratches and maintain its visual appearance.
  • Stain Removal: How can I remove stubborn stains from the bottom of the cookware?
    Stubborn stains can be removed with a mixture of baking soda and water. Detailed instructions are provided for effective cleaning.
  • Oven Use with Detachable Handles: Can I put the cookware with detachable handles in the oven?
    The bakelite handles are not oven-safe and may burn. We use bakelite handles for safety and design reasons.
  • Dishwasher Use: Can I put the pans and pot sin the dishwasher?
    It is safe to do so, however, we do not recommend using dishwasher as the granite non-stick coating may be affected by aggressive detergents. Cleaning the cookware is easy; wash it in warm soapy water and dry it with a soft towel or kitchen towel.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: How should I clean and maintain my cookware?
    - Before first use, wash the cookware with hot water and a mild detergent. - Never heat an empty pan. - Do not use abrasive sponges or pads for cleaning. - Do not use metal utensils in the cookware as these may damage the nonstick coating - Always handle the cookware gently on ceramic or induction cookers, pulling or pushing may scratch the cookware surface.
